We offer a range of supports to help reduce stress,build confidence, and connect you with others who share similar experiences. Whether you’re looking for emotional support, practical strategies, or reliable resources, our programs offer a safe and welcoming space to learn, share, and recharge.

Programs & Activities

Caregiver Support Group
Launching soon, our caregiver support group will provide a supportive environment to connect with peers, share experiences, and gain practical advice and encouragement.
Workshops & Special Events
Offered throughout the year, these sessions provide education on caregiving topics, practical strategies, and self-care. Events may be held in-person or virtually to ensure accessibility.
Caregiver Resource Binder
A practical, easy-to-use tool featuring customizable templates and essential information to support day-to-day caregiving, including guidance for emergency situations and continuity of care.

Eligibility & How to Join

This program is open to all caregivers caring for a loved one with health, aging, or support needs.

CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP 

A safe, welcoming space to share your experiences, gain support, and access helpful resources throughout your caregiving journey. Everyone is respected and heard.

Amintro Family

Through our partnership with Amintro Family, family caregivers can connect with others who understand the realities of caring for an aging loved one. The platform offers a supportive online community where caregivers can share experiences, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others in similar situations.

Caregivers can also access helpful blogs, articles, and resources on healthy aging, caregiving best practices, and preventing caregiver burnout, helping them better support both their loved ones and themselves.
