Growing Older Shouldn’t Mean Growing Lonely

For many seniors in our community, finding a reason to smile can be challenging. Nearly 1.4 million elderly Canadians—about one quarter of all seniors—experience loneliness, with 30% feeling lonely regularly, and those over 80 feeling lonely most of the time.
‍At North York Seniors Centre, we exist to change that. We help seniors:
