Eligibility
To use Transportation Services, clients must:
Be a member and registered with the Transportation Department
Live within the service catchment area
Be unable to use public transit due to physical or cognitive limitations
Not be eligible for WheelTrans service
Be able to access the vehicle independently or with minimal assistance
(Note: Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible)


Booking & Cancellations
All ride requests must be made through the Transportation Supervisor
Drivers do not accept bookings directly
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge
Clients may become ineligible if circumstances change (e.g., able to drive again or eligible for WheelTrans).
Alternate arrangements will be discussed with the Transportation Supervisor.

0–5 km: $7.05 per one-way ride
