Managing Caregiver Stress & Burnout

This presentation aims to educate caregivers on the landscape of caregiving in Ontario as well as the difference between stress and burnout. In addition, we introduce the common signs and symptoms of both stress and burnout and provide strategies to support you. The Ontario Caregiver Organization also provides resources to support caregivers at any step of the caregiving experience.
