Take part in NYSC’s Social Wellness Open House.
North York Seniors Centre will host an In-Person social wellness Open House – DO IT TOGETHER, sponsored by Don Mills Retirement Residence. The Open House will be held on Friday, March 31st, from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
The theme for the open house is Social Wellness. This open house aims to allow the community to come together, socialize, and discover the importance of being with others. During this pandemic, we have done many things on our own because we were cautious of being around others, but it’s now time to come out and enjoy one another’s presence. We, as humans, are stronger together than alone; “No more DIY, Let’s Do It Together (DIT).” The day’s programs will enable the community to participate and learn about our various in-person programs at the Active Living Centre (ALC).
The one-day Open House includes two free programs on Emotional (Craft Session) and Physical (Yoga Session) well-being. Please see below for the Open House information, times and topics. Come and learn about the ALC and all the other programs and services NYSC offers to the community.

Although this is a FREE community event, it is necessary to RSVP for the craft and yoga sessions to ensure you have a spot to participate, as space is limited. Drop by for a tour between 10 am – 2 pm; no appointment necessary.
